Steps to apply:

1) Fill out the Grant Interest Form located at the bottom of this page. Based on your responses, our staff will determine whether you are eligible to apply for the grant.

2) If eligible, an email with an application will be sent to the contact information you provide. Additional instructions will be given on how to provide the supporting documents necessary to be fully approved.

​

3) If awarded, you will be provided with an award letter that can be given to your lender to complete the financing process of your home. 

​

4) Funds will be distributed directly to the title company at the time of home closing.
